Naming: UpperCase with Underscores

May 17, 2014 at 5:23 PM
I'm trying to get a naming rule to work for my test methods. UpperCamelCase with underscores.

Example

MyMethod_WhenDoingThis_ExpectThat

If someone could point me to where in the code that naming conventions are defined, I can submit a pull request with this change.

$(AaBb)_$(AaBb)_$(AaBb) template would catch the names like you mentioned.

You can also have several different templates allowed for test methods, like
$(AaBb)                     // will allow MyTestMethod()
$(Aa_Bb)                    // will allow Load_Users_Should_Not_Take_Long()
$(AaBb)_$(AaBb)             // will allow MyMethod_ExpectThat()
$(AaBb)_$(AaBb)_$(AaBb)     // will allow MyMethod_WhenDoingThis_ExpectThat()
Would you give it a try please?
Thanks!
