New special UI was created for managing custom rules and their settings (#7695).
Also new UI feature was implemented for displaying warnings (#7052).

New custom rules were implemented:

• Checking the last code line (#7052)
• Checking line length (#7176)
• Checking method size (#7758)

More improvements and bug-fixes were made for Advanced Naming Rules:

• Auto-generated files are not excluded (#7566)
• Local declarations are not checked in destructors (#7756)
• Wrong behaviour of settings inheritance (#7601)
• Add "X" to the default abbreviations list (#7696)
• Strange dialog when reseting to inherited "Do not check" value (#7649)
